Mawlana Qamaruddin from Allahabad? Some of his Khulafa' are very close to me.

I suppose you are not talking about Hazrat Maulana Qamaruzzaman Sahab (DB), Jaanashin and son-in-law of Hazrat Shah Muhammed Ahmed Sahab (RA)? In that case two of them will be different.
