Inshaallah later this year (before October) I will apply for a course to study at University. I am hoping to do something within the scientifc field. My heart is pretty much set on Dentistry- my second option (original plan was medicine)-as I don't think I have the bravery/heart to do what doctor's do. I was wondering is their any careers out there in which there is a demand for muslims females.

sister, it looks like you are hoping to be beneficial for Muslim sisters. I don't know what to list but will repeat another brother's advice on making sure your heart is in it since no matter what you choose, it will take a lot of effort both during the years you study and after. In terms of 'helpful' professions within science where you would provide care/attention to sisters - nursing, dentistry, general medicine, podiatry, ophthalmology, optometry, otolaryngology, physiotherapy, chiropractic, naturopathy are ones that come to mind.
