The important thing is to pick a useful field, but which you are also good at. No use in doing engineering if you're bad at math. You said your subjects are English, Bio and Chem. You could consider chemistry, including organic chemistry and possibly pharmacology and/or pharmacy. Nothing wrong with dentistry, either. We need Muslim women dentists to treat Muslim women.

Also, whatever course you choose, make sure you do at least a couple of internships before you graduate so that you have practical experience. That is indispensable when it comes to moving on to graduate studies and a job.
