Assalamu alaykum

I used to be follow hadith closely... but these arguments I find on the internet against books like bukhari have really effected my faith in hadith.

There are two types of flies, one is honey bee and other is housefly. There are in a garden, what is the intentions of both the flies.

It is not your duty to read Hadiths and follow them, you follow the Sunnah. Just being able to read them is not enough to understand them (look at my post above.)
Just because you do not understand the meanings does not mean it is contradictory, they may be talking about similar issue but in a different context and therefor may have different rulings for different contexts.
Read the book called The Differences of the Imams By Shaykh Zakariyya al-Kandhlaw to expand your knowledge and understanding about the differences that arise from hadiths and Madhabs.
Quran 4:59 translates to, according to , Muhsin Khan"O you who believe! Obey Allah and obey the Messenger (Muhammad SAW), and those of you (Muslims) who are in authority. (And) if you differ in anything amongst yourselves, refer it to Allah and His Messenger (SAW), if you believe in Allah and in the Last Day. That is better and more suitable for final determination." How can you refer things back to the Messenger with out the Hadith?
Learn about Usool al hadith to better understand hadith literature.
