The Qasidah Burdah is an amazing poem and a very detailed poem. If one reads the poem with dedication and love from the heart, then ones soul shall definatly feel an overwhelming sense of love for Allah and his Beloved Prophet (SAW) Insha'Allah.

It is very sad to see that these 'Scholars' of our time claim that anything they wish can be 'Shirk'; to the extent that they have declered 3 Categories of Tawheed, without any basis. As brother Muadh has stated, it is a matter of ignorance. Declering Something Shirk is something which requires major thought and analogy as to why this decision has been made. This so called scholar, May Allah Forgive him, has stated that it is Shirk due to his reasoning. Just look what he said:
"Exaggeration, especially in the status of holy people, is the primary road to shirk"

Where is the evidence of such a statement? In which part of the Qaseedah Burdah, does it exxagerate a normal human being? The Qaseedah Burdah exceptionally describes the love for our beloved Prophet (May Allah shower his blessings upon him). Nowadays, these scholars have set a limit of how much you can love our Prophet (SAW). This is a very sad and shocks me.

I do think that we should make these scholars understand 'Metorphorical'. When one studies the root of this word and goes to Collins Dictonary or Oxford Dictonary, one should understand what this word means. It sadens me when I see these biased 'Scholars' take one thing in account, and do not bother reading the account.

Shirk and Tawheed has been corrupted by these scholars, to the effect that it has changed many Muslims attidude towards the deen. People believe it is more harder to study Islam now more than before, even I have asked some of my personal friends. Listen to what Shaykh Sayyed Muhammed Bin An-Ninowy has to say about Tawheed:

May Allah guide those who innovate in Islam in such a topic. It is shocking as well as sadening.

In the day of Judgement, Our Beloved Prophet (SAW) shall take us to his pool to drink, due to his (SAW) indefinate love for his (SAW) Ummah. If you did not love our Prophet (SAW) once, what would be his (SAW) reaction to you? When our Prophet (SAW) is carrying out the intercession and begging for forgivness for you, and the Ummah, and you did not do a grain effort of loving our Prophet (SAW), what would the condition of yourself be? Would you be able to look at the beautiful eyes of our Prophet (SAW)? Would you be content of yourself?

Of course we Should love Allah Subhana Wa Tala indefinatly, and we should love our Prophet (SAW). Our Prophet (SAW) was the mercy to the worlds. If not for his amazing love, we would probably have landed ourselves into the Hellfire. Even a understanding non believer will understand that they should be immensly thankful if a person does this.

The Qaseedah Burdah is just one example of the immense love for our Prophet (SAW), there are much more. If you read the stories of the Real lovers of our Prophet (SAW), you will cry and you will be astonished without a doubt Insha'Allah. To the extent that they loved our Prophet (SAW) and Allah, is simply astonishing, and whoever calls this Shirk. May Allah guide them back to Ahlul Sunnah Wa Jam'ah. Alahumma Ameen Ya Raab.

May Allah forgive me if I have written arrogantly or have commited a mistake, Ameen.
