So there is no need to go marching around streets is there?

well thats a question you should ask yourself....will rasoolAllah

be pleased with me marching in the streets one day a year and shouting slogans...or will he be pleased if you do what he instructed and follow his sunnah as closely as you can every minute of everyday?
