Yes, we have lot of knowledge about HOW GRAVITY BEHAVES. Isaac Newton and all the Scientists explains behavior only.

But we don't know WHY GRAVITY EXISTS. None of scientist ever explain why it exists, that's why it is a mystery.

There is an answer to that. In Einstein's field equations the left hand side is about gravity and the right hand side is about the sources of gravity. So in the scientific circles answer to your question will be that gravity exists because of matter.
