salaaaam,

may be some of you can help me out with something thats been bugging me for a while...

why is it our deobandi brothers dont seem to be intrested in learning about the deen the way some of our counter-parts salafi seem to be learning.

the reason why i ask last summer whilst in england i requested a few so called 'professionals brothers ever so willing to learn' that i am willing to teach them tafseer or hadeeth or go through masaail. not one of them was intrested until i lost hope and gave up. i felt quite down as a result.

a similar thing happend with my colleugue who told me there would be only person who would attend his dars.

why????????
