Wa ´alaykum as-salam wa rahmatu'Llah,

Some have recommended it. I know Shaykh Abdul Karim Yahya (who has spent many years studying in Tarim) did so. I doubt that this specific Salah is from the Sunnah, but some ulama have allowed such Salawat, including Sayyidina Abdul Qadir al-Jilani, radiya'Allahu anh. Other ulama discouraged that one combine different suwar, repeating a specific amount of times etc, with the fear that it may lead to (or be) bid´ah.

for the reply Sidi. Would you also know the exact source where Shaykh Abdul Qadir al-Jilani

permitted it? Not that I doubt you, just for reference.
