The person who is best at reciting should be leading the salat, so if you think you are better why don't you lead the salat?

If other people elect that uncle to lead salat and you had nothing to do with the decision, then it is not your responsibility, just pray ...

Good answer brother. I will do that but people might think I'm arrogant. But I guess in this situation there's a little bit of fighting the nafs to be the leader.
