Most people including myself do not know tajweed. Does this mean that my salah is not valid? Do I have to repeat all my salah once I've learnt tajweed ?

I'm not sure but I guess thats one of the reasons why we should try our best to pray in jamaa`h (behind an Imam with correct tajweed and knowledge of the rules of salah)...I did ask one `alim about a mistake I (unknowingly) made with my salah a while back, while I was still new to Islam, and he said that inshaAllah I don't have to repeat my salah during that period when I made the mistake.
