As salamu alaykum
Reciting "Iyyaka n'abudu wa iyyaka nasta'in" without shadda nullifies the salah. A shaykh said that without shadda the meaning of this ayah will be changed. ""Iyaka n'abudu wa iyaka nasta'in" means "Your sun we worship and your sun we ask for help."
