brother the talibans have won. they control over 70 percent of afghan. the west has been morally and milltaraly exhausted. they can see no way of winning the taliban. this is the whole reason for the wests withdrawall and insistant on negotiations.

Yeah but that just means they're winning, not that they have won right?
