Assalaamaulaykum,

I went to the local chemist the other day and saw this shelf full of talbina. First time iv ever heard of it, subhanAllah its really good. Its made from the flour of barley and its bran. You put a spoon of the powder in a cup of cold water, heat it. Then pour into a cup of boiled milk and mix with honey or sugar. (really easy).

it says on the pack:

Talbina - From the miraculous medicine of the prophet Muhammad (SAW)

"Talbina is a cure for a sick persons heart and relieves him from some sorrows." related by Bukhari and Muslim.

It reduces cholestrol and strengthens the heart,
Protects from cancer, alzheimer and delays ageing,
Treats depression and releives sorrow,
Treats diabetes, mellitus and hypertension,
Treats laxative and cole sedative,
And has no side effects.

Both the prophets (SAW) Sunnah and modern scientific research have proved that Talbina cures many diseases and can be used as a medicine.

Its easy to make and tastes nice aswell, Especially with honey.

iv been having it everyday since i bought it and Alhamdulillah it really works. It calms you down and relaxes you. We should also have a spoon of black seed oil a day as thats a cure from all sicknesses apart from death.

Only place iv seen it (Talbina) is in Moins chemist on East park road (Leicester). Has anyone else tried it?

The Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: "I left the Quran and my Sunnah among you. if you hold on to them, you wont go astray after me".
