Contact a sheikh and get spiritual guidance. We need to have some training to get rid of it and it will vary from person to person. Keep making duaa. The first thing to get cure for any disease is to recognize the disease and then take medicine. Alhamdulillah you recognized it. When one has fikr of islah, Allah SWT will make his/her path easy. Let Allah SWT help us all to get rid of all spiritual diseases and purify our soul. Ameen.
