If Imran Khan intends to rule the country via Qanun, then he's not a Muslim.

On 24th December 2011, in IBA Karachi, PTI chief tells that We want an Islamic Welfare State.
Now, What is a Modern Islamic welfare state?
A welfare state where the laws are defined within the guide lines provided in Quran.
