I will get this one in'sha Allah, Hindustan me Musalmanon ka Nizam e Taleem wa Tarbiyyat, and there's also one by Mufti Taqi Uthmani.

I've contacted Darul Uloom Deoband directly regarding Maulana Nanotvi (Rahmatullahi Alaih)'s book. Maybe I will get a reply, in'sha Allah.
