Salaam!

If I am honest, I probably started the program a bit late in my "Arabic learning career".

Alhamdulillah, I have already covered (independently) most of the 1st year sarf/nahw rules + did Qasas un Nabiyeen (all 4 volumes). At the moment, I am going through Sirah Khatim An-Nabiyeen. Nonetheless, I will still go through the 1st year videos to ensure that my understanding is sound. Mufti Yusuf has a quality way of teaching mashaAllah.

That's why I was interested in the 2nd year classes.

I don't know when he will open it again. Probably beginning of 2013?
