That's right. The non-leather, non-water-resistant, portion of the of khuff goes right over top of the ankle and narrows down all the way to the bottom of the foot.

And the non-leather portion is not, I believe, what most people would consider thick. I was figuring when I purchased it that it was made of some thick water-resistant material...if you notice in my original post, I tested it, and it's not.
