Yes, alhamdulilah... I have found my answer from the time I tested them. That is...these khuffs should not be used for Masah, because the non-leather portion absorbs water even a small amount like a drop. What I was hoping by posting here is that one of the scholars, or students of knowledge, who frequent this forum would test a pair themselves and; 1. tell me I'm wrong (which I'm totally open to), or 2. If coming to the conclusion that they may not be used for masah, contact Al-Rashad and explain to them. Because they are being sold publicly as khuffs usable for masah.

Also I want to clarify again that I don't have any mistrust of Al-Rashad, just think they are mistaken here. They are a very good company, and I recommend everyone to shop there, InshAllah.
As far as I can tell you are completely correct. If the water is immediately felt inside the sock, I really cannot see how it can be valid to wipe over for a Hanafi. Insha Allah others will weigh in here.
