assalamou alaykom brother my question is how can people during the 7th century bc survive 900 years i can understand that it might be a miracle but if many people during the time of noah survive that long this would be very confusing

We should understand the life span of humans wasn't same all the time. Allah the Almighty had willed our ancestors to live a longer period, there is nothing to be surprised brother. Just comparing with the recent past, there will be a lot of changes. It is the Qudrath(Power) of Allah
