It's Shaykh Salih Munajjid's website - of course it's banned!! As they say, he is "Hizbi"/"Ikhwaani"/"Qutbi" subhanAllah.

Then how come he preaches at a mosque in Dammam/Khobar? I think it's the Bin Baz mosque.
