Since I found out that it isn't compulsary to read sunnah or nafl, I only read Farz namaz...But I heard that I cant read ONLY 2 farz for fajr and 3farz for maghrib because these are too short. The minimum is 4 rakat namaz. Is this true?
Assalaamu'alaikum sister,

Yes it's true that only the fardh prayers are compulsory, but if you are in the habit of praying sunnah and nafl prayers then you shouldn't leave these prayers. If we were to only follow the fardh things in Islam, we lose the true beauty and the spirit of Islam. Husbands could behave like tyrants towards their wives, women could cause family problems by demanding living arrangements and causing grief to a poor husband, prayers would be 30 seconds long, nobody would recite qur'an and there would be no sense of brotherhood! And we would be abandoning Allah's commandment to follow the way of the Prophet (saw). Doing the fardh excuses you from sin, but it doesn't gain you extra rewards as well-intentioned sunnah and nafl would do, and we should be striving to try to please Allah and gain as much reward as possible to prepare for the hereafter.

"My servant draws near to Me by nothing dearer to Me than that which I have established as a duty for him. And My servant does not cease to approach Me through supererogatory acts until I love him. And when I love him, I become his hearing with which he hears, his sight with which he sees, his hand with which he grasps, and his foot with which he walks. And if he asks Me [for something], I give it to him. If he seeks refuge with Me, I place him under My protection. In nothing do I hesitate so much as I hesitate [to take] the soul of a believer. He has a horror of death, and I have a horror of hurting him” [Bukhari]
