Not an 'Islamic' book but given what you said about always ending up speaking negatively the first section of the best seller 'How to Win Friends and Influence People' I think is a very worthwhile read. This section is based on the principle 'never criticise, condemn or complain' and devotes perhaps 20-30 pages of examples and explanation of how such an approach is almost always counterproductive. Sometimes understanding why behaving in a particular way is productive/non-productive rather than simply following set rules can help modify our behaviour to a greater degree, even if the explanation is by a non-Muslim.

Assalamu Alaikum,

I'm looking for books on Akhlaaqiyat.

I'm currently reading Adab al-mufrad, Enjoy your life, hayatus sahaba, fazail e amaal, ISLAMIC MANNERS by Shaykh Abdul-Fattaah Abu Ghuddah, Don't be sad.

What books have you been reading that have benefitted you? I would like to read every book on akhlaaq, insha'Allah.

Do you know of any books especially on "How to Speak" or "How to choose your words" because I'm really bad at communications skills.

You can always say things in a positive manner, but I always end up saying it in a negative manner, and end up hurting the other person. I regret it so much, so if there are any tips and some really good books, please recommend.

Jazakallah Khair.
