Indeed. There is not a single sunni scholar out there in the world who has not performed takfir of the Qadianis. A very big mistake of him and a sad one.

In his comment he seems to doing a favour to salafis by not doing takfir of qadianis(though he believes at the takfir made by scholars! hääh) :

I think it should be clear that he doesn't know what he's talking about when it comes to the Sub Continent.

The first question asked of me was whether or not I was Deobandi. My answer was that if someone could find a single Pakistani or Indian in my family I would pay that person as such a thing was far fetched indeed. Asian faces looked rigid and so did mine. I had little time for their games. who arent aware about the game rules, shouldnt also comment any thing about the game =)
