No. The "NOI" isn't that group whichis built upon Racismor something. I think you're referring to the Klu Klux Klan.

The NOI is built upon the ideas of Freedom, Justice, And Equality (of the black slave of America) mind. Hope this helps you know more about the history of Al Islam (as our way is called in Al Qur'an Majeed) in the Americas.
