The NOI have been unanimously declared as kafir (disbelievers) and anyone who doubts their disbelief is also in a state of disbelief

The places where they worshipped are not masjids, nor are there followers muslims, no matter what they say or do

A total break off from the NOI is required for a person to eventually enter true Islam
