No. The NOI is not a "new" fitnah. You can place it concepts along with the wahhabih of Saudia Arabia. For a history and understanding of the NOI you should go to www.newafricaradio.com. While you're there...spend some time and get to know Imam Warith ud deen Mohammed.

Objection sis.. u cant place these non muslims along with the wahhabis.. the wahhabis dont practise kufr like these NOI ppl..plz understand..
