JazakAllah loads for all the replies !!!!

Still i have a bit of more confusion.. if some one attends milad on the 12 specially as birthday of Prophet (SAW) and recites Quran and naats and durood's then will he get good deeds for that? just the deeds which any other person may get on reciting them any other day?
