I memmorized an-nas finally, there are helpful word by word guides on youtube.

Masha'Allah! Yes, Alhamdulillah there are a tremendous amount of resources online these days for this kind stuff.

Insha'Allah keep reciting any Surahs you memorize in your Salat very often (at least few times daily) and it will become embedded in your heart and mind.
