Salaam Brother.

I was just reading through your advise given about the 2nd marriage before the first wife divorced/going through court.Please advise me on my case too..its sort of simliar.
I got islamically divorced with my first wife back in 2004/2005.but never went through the court divorce in UK.
Now last year in Dec 2010,i went back home and nikkah done with my 2nd wife and came back to UK.On my return i started the proceedings of divorce with my first wife through court and Decree Absolute issued in Jun 2011.
Then i applied for spouse visa of my 2nd wife after Jun2011 but got rejected as ECO said my marraige with 2nd wife is nullified as nikkah was done while i was already married with 1st one according to UK law.
Now i am confused....some say do the nikkah again and then apply ( but i dont want to do this as it doesnt seem right plus cant go back just now due to job and stuff)
Some say apply as a finace visa and it should be OK.
In your experince and knowledge..what would you suggest.
