Does anyone have any more posts allied to Ahmed Ridah Khan Rahimahu Allahs position and maybe altering it in later life? I know that the fatwah, which was unanimously agreed upon by the Ulema of the Hijaaz was agreed then. But he only had the information at hand to judge from, so there is no blame on him. Afterwards it seems some of the Ulema restracted it, as the deoband alims clarified their position, but i havent seen this so pls if anyone has it let me know
i.e> My opinion is that there was
genuine kaffirs
in the midst of these two great scholars (of Barielly and Deoband) and they were the cause of this fitnah. whispering and writing down bad things, to make the other pass judgement in a fatwah of some sorts.
Do you think this is all romance and far feteched. No. In oxford and cambridge they call it:
Divide & Rule
-
Hint brothers: it worked
.
The khanzeer british empire and imperliasts all were many enemies of the Hanafi Ulema of the Moghuls, which they had to split at all costs - to prevent the form of another Caliphate.
Slightly more to the west, they were busy with the same tactic to use against the Turks and the Najdi Arabs, namely rebellion against the last remaining khilafa. Again, called in education curriculum taught in Western schools.
Divide & Rule
- if anyone has any later fatwahs of Ahmed Rida Khan(ra) i would be very interested to see them, we have quite a bit from Moulana Ashraf Ali Thanwi- Rahmatullahi alayhi.
