Yes something like indexing them to other threads, so if anyone starts a new thread on it, they will be given the link. After posting many article links to other thread or websites, then get it locked.

At the moment information is scattered all over SF.

relevant links and threads can be indexed so that it is easily accessible for future use. Will have to do some digging up
