You did not answer my question. A guy wish to convert, and he says it's unfair that males get female virgins while females don't get any male virgins, that's why im asking.

It is Allah who decides what is fair, he does not. As Allah is the Most Just, He will give the females adequate reward. How do you know if a woman gets only one husband yet a man gets many wives, the quality of that one husband will not be greater than all the wives/houris combined?

Also, houris aren't the only reward there, neither are they the greatest reward. Perhaps the females are given a greater amount of a different reward, one which we may not even be able to imagine

Tell your friend not to worry about houris but about getting into jannah in the first place. Encourage him to take shahadah!
