Sometimes the soul of the believer doesnt come out at the time of death. So in case of men, a hoor of jannat is showed to him and his soul jumps out of his body while in case of women a beautiful dress of jannat is shown (which would be her attiire) and the soul jumps out of her body.

According to this, the women are more influenced by the clothes.
