Shaikh the points raised by you in some of recent threads are very timely but to my limited knowledge they are all inter connected. In my view it will be more beneficial to have all of these discussion collected at a single thread. At present a person bumping into one of these threads will benefit from only a fraction of the thoughts gathered in these threads.
