mashallah these are very good observations and the solutions are good as well. the list can be worked on and the solutions improved but definitely a very good starting point.

the next step is for the ulama to take notice and take these advice onboard. good luck there!

The solution is for the whole ummah to take the advice on board, not just ulamah.

We all need to take responsibility and not just pass the buck.
