This illustrates the necessecities of being under the guidance of a spiritual guide / Shaikh of Tassawuf and not just under a guidance of scholar of shariah. Because these are condition pertaining to mind and heart. So my advice would be find a scholar of tassawuf who is strict adherent to Shariah and be under his guidance.
