I also avoid (insha'Allah) nike because of its support for child labor.. no matter what the excuse (" oh at least we give them jobs blah blah " subhan'Allah looking at pictures of 4-5 year old children who are skin and bones(hardly any skin) who lok so unhealthy yet working so hard for a meager few bucks.. child labor is disgusting and soo heartbreaking may Allah Subhanhu Wa Tha'ala guide us and keep us one the straight path ameen )
and i think some islamic scholars remind us to boycott nike, because nike once created some sneakers that looked like it said Allah in flames or something(astaghfirUllah) or something that was offensive to Islam.

Mostly i stick to the list on inminds ..reason i try to avoid such products is because of their support of the apartehid israel.

* i know to boycott is ones choice, but when i watch videos of atrocities and murders happining to Palestin ..its a terrible feeling. For example I remember a picture of a Palestinian baby with bullets in its tummy and trhoughout the body ..insha'Allah heres the link:

things like that remind me of how oppressed our ummah is , boycotting might be a small thing but insha'Allah the rewards will be good and immense.
