You are not alone, i too feel the same things you feel.

1. About doubt if our repentance has been accepted or not.

There is no way of knowing it. My personal understanding is,
We shouldn't assume Allah will not forgive, That is belittling Allah's infinite Mercy.
Neither should we assume the our sins are already forgiven, that would be arrogance.

Actually this state of uncertainty will be the motivation and drive for us to do more taubah and ibadah.

The companion of Rasoolullah ,
Ibn Mas'ud (ra) says: "A believer treats a sin as if it is a mountain over his head that may fall on him any moment. Whereas a regular violator looks at them as a fly that perked on his nose and he waived it away with his hand."

2. The feeling like a hypocrite.

"No one fears hypocrisy but a believer and
no one feels safe from it but a hypocrite."

So feeling safe from hypocrisy itself is a sign of hypocrisy.

But also one has to follow oneself what one advice others. Or else that will be hypocrisy too.

But its our duty to promote good deeds also. Basically we have to strike a balance. May Allah save us from Nifaaq. ameen.
