There is an individual who loves calling everyone Kafir if they do not adhere to his thoughts in Islam .. he goes around calling people Kafir and accuses them of committing Shirk .. what is the best way in dealing with such a person and advise him he should not be doing that.

if the individual you are talking about is any general person he shud be told to stop. however if the individual is a learned aalim or a scholar of the deen and he uses the word in defence of deen, and not for personal pleasure, he shud be given a hearing...
