Salaamun alaykum

I have seen some brothers use the miswak in public, e.g. in college or work. Why do people do this? It's bad akhlaq and makes us look bad. Imagine if someone brushed their teeth in public.

They were, in their opinion, trying their best to emulate sunnah of the Prophet

. Just show them or let them know the proper way of following the sunnah of the Prophet

and

they will listen and change their habit.

On a side note, if a brother made a light joke (dark humor?) with a reply, there's no need to roll it further. Just let the comment end there.
