Going with Sunnah dress at the very first day may not be applicable in every company in every country. I mean, if the management in a company does not have enough knowledge about Islam , they might get panicked. If the management think that the Muslim guy's sunnah dress will prevent him to be fit into the team and thereby the team-spirit will be damaged, then they will rather not to take the risk of hiring that Muslim guy.

In such companies, we need to be more careful. One good advice might be that the Muslim guy should go to the interview with
the formal dress with the pant above the ankle. Then if he is hired, in the first few months he should continue to wear sunnah dress and will show good behavior with his co-workers and make a campaign of winning the hearts and minds.
Later gradually he will change his dress step by step -- first the cap ( topi ) , then long dress going underneath the knee and so on.

What do you think about this strategy ?

Yes, I think this gradual strategy fits best the situation of Muslims in those countries in which people isn't used to see Muslims wearing Sunnah dress; UK is another situation, it seems!
