I know they don't want to use me to brag. As well, my plan isn't out there. My plan is this:

1) Drop out now and get a full time job in order to pay them back and pay for first semester next year
2) Re-apply to the university this year (With my 90+ average)
3) Volunteer along with the work to make it look competitive
4) Even if i don't get into that school, i have two back up schools (which arn't as good) but will also be much cheaper due to scholarships.
