if a person were to purposefuly get intoxicated on non-khamr, the would his body be regarded as impure for 40 days?

I am not sure where that question would come from? But the normal state is that for 40 days the ibadaat are not accepted. That too, it doesnt mean that the obligation of those ibadaat is lifted rather his act will remove all the barakah of his ibadat.

Other than that I do not know abut body being regarded impure
