Cosmetics and perfumes contain synthetic alcohol. For foods, it's easy enough to read the label and not buy it if it has alcohol. it's the other ingredients, like glycerin, gelatin, stearic acid, etc, which most people have no clue what those words mean, that are more dangerous.
