Mursal hadith is that hadith where a Tabi'i ascribes to Rasulullah

without mentioning the name of the Sahaabi, according to most Scholars Mursal Hadith is accepted with conditions i.e. If the Tabi'i is from Kibar (Elder Successors).

A hadith which is Hasan (Good) is that hadith which falls short of Sahih (authentic) hadith, meaning one of it's is not fully competent like that of a rigourously authenticated narrator.
