As salamu alaikum brother,
I have a friend who, on a family holiday to her roots in Bangladesh, had a major problem with black magic. A distant female relative of some sort had a very handsome son, and used black magic on Aklima (my friend) and her son in order to make them fall in love.
Anyway, to answer your question, she suffered from several symptoms of this black magic - I cannot remember them all, but two things I can remember her telling me, is that she suffered from very bad panic attacks and feverish symptoms. I hope this helps you with your research, insha'Allah:]
