Since first interpretation is already given... there should be no harm if I add what I think this dream means.

I think it means in order to bu cured from the [severe] sickness that you have [the one you sincerely want to be cured of] such as [paralysis or any spiritual disease] you've gotta start reading Qasida al-Burda: firstly to be cured and secondly to draw nearness to the Prophet
