that ruling of saying Bismillah for once, (as you mentioned) is Only when you recite One surah again and again In one rakat? what If you recite three different surah one after other in each Rakat, still for once we will suppose to say Bismillah?

You can read bismillah every time or you can read just once in the beginning. Your wish.
